I’ll tell you this story about a teacher
Who some would refer to as a preacher
She was assertive and strict sometimes
From her good mornings to her goodbyes
She taught her students very well
They didn’t even know how to spell
But now in their classes, they excel
She even got them outta their shell
In diligence, she stands pretty tall
She was the sharpest of them all
Some would say she was too kind
She helped the pupils use their mind
Right within them, she would find
Talents that her students left behind
She carefully assisted them to grow
They worked together and weren’t slow
All their stress, she would throw
As the arrow flies from the bow
She pushes them forward, cuz she knows they can
Take their thoughts to the sky like Peter Pan
She swings their studying mood like a fan
Teaches them responsibility like Spider-Man
She also gives them time to play
Sometimes after class, they stay
With all their attention span they pay
That’s how they like to spend their day.
Out of all the teachers, they loved her most
They know she is the only one they cannot ghost
They can never enjoy it when she was gone
Knowing that she was the worthy one.
